Recharge your brain. Refocus.

Every 20 minutes, or whenever you think about it, change your focus from near to far to jumpstart your neuralpathways.
Take a deep breath, take a look away from your handheld device and/or computer screen, and focus on any point, in any direction, as far away as possible. Tilt your head up or down to find your focal point.
Take another deep breath, and return to your digital life.
This near/far exercise will help your brain.
